General Terms and Conditions
a) Order acceptance
Orders are only accepted and processed in accordance with the following conditions. By making use of the easyPhotobook software the customer implicitly accepts these conditions. After the order has been processed, all images uploaded by the customer in the process of creating their book is saved on the easyPhotobook server. The storage of account data and imagery is done to allow the customer to order additional copies of the book to be ordered.
easyPhotobook and its agents have the right to withhold or destroy material that is deemed to be offensive. Categories of offensive material include pornography, terrorism and violence. easyPhotobook does not have an automated process of scanning uploaded files and imagery and therefore the customer is responsible for the content of the provided files. easyPhotobook accepts no liability for the content of the files. easyPhotobook assumes that the customer holds the copyright for the files. The customer is exclusively responsible for any consequences of the illegal use of protected data.
In no case does easyPhotobook accept any liability for damage or loss of uploaded files via the easyPhotobook website or APPs. easyPhotobook explicitly states that the quality of the prints in any photo book ordered can never exceed that which can be expected based on what the customer sees on the computer screen when using the easyPhotobook photo book creator through the website or APPs. easyPhotobook’s liability remains limited to issues caused by defective production.
d) Delivery time
easyPhotobook aims to have all orders dispatched within 5 days from accepted payment and delivered within 8 days from order. Orders that fall outside of this delivery times under no circumstances will justify cancellation of the order or any right to compensation. During certain promotions these dates may be reduced as advertised within the promotion Terms and Conditions.
easyPhotobook wants every book to be received in a suitable and fit for purpose condition. Where a customer makes a notification of a claim, insofar as they concern a clear deficiency, must be provided within two weeks after delivery of the customer’s order. Where a claim is justified, restitution will be limited to producing and sending the order again.
f) Online Dispute Resolution
easyPhotobook will always work to resolve a dispute in a timely fashion. If you have a problem with an order you purchased, please contact us at email@example.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction you can contact the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution Platform.
